Why a Nevada page at all
Most wealth-screening files are built outward from the coasts. Nevada gets treated as a thin state: a valuation estimate with no debt behind it, federal contributions with nothing from Carson City, and a property match that stops at the Clark County line. That is a real problem here, because a capacity number built on a gross valuation with no mortgage behind it will overstate much of your list and understate the rest.

What that looks like in a screening
Take a prospect in Summerlin with a home the assessor puts in the low millions. A screening that reports the valuation and stops has told you almost nothing: the useful question is whether that home is owned outright or carries seven figures of debt, and whether the same owner name sits on parcels in Douglas or Nye. Our Nevada records answer both, and the profile shows you the parcel and the recorded lien it read to get there.
The same applies to giving. A Nevada donor with no federal contributions can still have a decade of state and local activity: legislative races, judicial races, ballot questions, county commission. All 17 Nevada counties are represented in the property file, from Clark and Washoe down to Eureka, Esmeralda and Lander. Clark holds the largest share of records because that is where the population and the parcels are, but a donor with a ranch in Elko or a second home in Douglas resolves against the same assessor and recorder data as a donor in Summerlin.
Do you have Reno and Washoe County, or is this a southern Nevada product?
Washoe is covered on the same terms as Clark. Nevada donor property records include 3,461 Washoe parcels, and a bulk Washoe County assessor file of 202,958 parcels sits behind them for owner matching. Northern Nevada organizations get the same depth as southern ones.
Is the political giving data Nevada-specific, or only federal?
Both. Nevada donors account for 3,344,392 itemized contribution records, of which 2,567,759 come from federal FEC filings covering 2004 through the current cycle and 456,721 come from Nevada state campaign-finance filings covering 2006 through 2019. A donor who has never given federally can still show a consistent giving pattern in state and local races.
